VIRTUAL STYLING SESSION

What is a virtual styling session?

A virtual styling session is a free video call with one of our stylists — usually 20 minutes long.

You can book a free virtual session for fit, sizing, or styling assistance with your online order or a virtual styling session focused on building your Femmes Solaires wardrobe.

Where do I book my session?

This is a service that will be available when we launch a new collection. You can find the booking links here.

Where does the session take place?

The session takes place on the platform cal.com (it’s like Zoom). Please make sure that your camera and microphone are working, and choose a place with good lighting and a quiet environment where you feel free to speak and where we can see you full body if needed. Even better if you can take this call from your wardrobe space.

SHIPPING

What shipping method do you use?

We ship every order with Colissimo (LAPOSTE.FR), from France (Île-de-France).

How long is the shipping time?

2 working days to France métropolitaine

3 to 8 days to Europe and International

5 to 22 days to DOM-TOM

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping automatically calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address and order. Add to your basket your desired items, your delivery address and shipping costs will be automatically adjusted. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

As a frame of reference, shipping costs (depending on the weight) are:

  1. FRANCE MÉTROPOLITAINE: 4,99€ — 8,80€

  2. DOM-TOM: 8,85€ — 29,90€ (depending on the DOM)

  3. EUROPEAN UNION: 14,25€ — 17,60€

  4. INTERNATIONAL: 31,60€ — 48,50€

    Are customs and duties included for outside of European Union?

    Please be aware that customs for shipments outside the EU are not included.

What payment methods do you offer?

What currency is my order processed in?

All orders are processed in Euros and Cents (€).

Make sure your shipping address is actually where you want to receive your parcel.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

My order hasn't arrived yet, even though I received a shipping confirmation.

Once you have fulfilled your order, you will receive an automatically generated summary e-mail from us, with a tracking number.

Check your spam folder first if the email is missing.

Once you find your tracking number, go to https://www.laposte.fr/ to track it.

RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE

Can I send back my orders?

Important: You CANNOT RETURN the bodysuits for obvious hygiene reasons.

Please use the sizing, fit, and size chart information to choose the right size.

We do everything passionately and invest much love into the brand.

We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully and checking the size charts before you order. That way, you only receive pieces you really want.

If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn't fit you, email us at femmes.solaires.agency@gmail.com, and we will help you! You can return your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date.

The handling fee for a return is 15 euros (15€) and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return. The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. We will provide you with the return address by email (femmes.solaires.agency@gmail.com)

Remember to include a note with your order number in the package.

As soon as an accepted return arrives (the pieces are new, unworn, and clean), we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within 14 days. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.

We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you can return your initial order, cover the handling fees and shipping fees back to us, and then place a new order.

SIZING

How to find the perfect fit?

First, start with the size table on the product information page. Then, look at the photos on the product page, which show the products and the sizes worn by the model.

  • If you are unsure about your size, we are happy to help you. Just write us an email.

CUSTOMER CARE

I contacted you and didn't get an answer. What happened?

That sounds strange, as we really take our community seriously. Please forgive. Usually, this shouldn't take longer than three days. Please check on your side if you wrote to the correct email address which is femmes.solaires.agency@gmail.com. Additionally, it would be great to check if your mailbox has enough space for our mail to reach you.

If everything is fine, that's on us. Please reach out again!

CARE

How should I take care of my pieces?

Please be careful with things you love.

Check out the PRODUCT GUIDE for correct instructions.

Generally, we advise you the following:

Machine wash max 30 degrees, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, low iron, wash with similar colors, and turn inside out before washing.
